Description: This print is from the series “Eight Views of Figures Inside and Outside” in which each print features a beautiful woman and some scenery.

A young beauty is lying on top of a thick futon holding a loosened obi in her hand, and is wearing a loose kimono that allows the viewer to see part of her neck and leg giving the whole design a touch of sensuality, emotion, and even movement.

The scene inside the upper right medallion depicts some wild geese descending on a rice field as well as a palanquin held by two hurrying men, this whole sensation is in harmony with the emotion in the principal picture.

This particular print is a post-war reproduction by Yuyudo.
